Reiki has many benefits, including; relaxation, stress reduction, increased energy and improvement of the immune system. It is also indicated to reduce anxiety, manage panic attacks, and decrease depression and exhaustion.
Bad habits, bad news, traumas, mental and physical exertions, or any alteration to your health may lead to a blockage or stagnation of the Chakras.
There are many Chakras in the body, the most commonly known being the seven main Chakras, which, when balanced, bring happiness and wellness to your life. Reiki has no side effects and helps balance and maintain good health.

Reiki consultations
The consultations last an hour, taking place every four or six weeks.

Depending on each patient's needs, the treatments may have a duration between six to eight months and, further, every two or three months as Maintenance treatments.
After each consultation, Reiki Report will be sent to your email within five working days.
You will be asked if you have any specific needs, and you need to inform any health conditions which might affect your ability to lie flat on your back or front.
Fee
£90 for an hour consultation, including written feedback known as Reiki Report, to be sent via email within five working days.

Online & Face-to-Face consultations can take place in
English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Membership and Liability
Reiki practitioners must have Professional Liability Insurance and be a member of a recognised organisation that confirms the professionalism and credibility of their members' practitioners.
You can feel safe in the knowledge I am a fully insured registered member of The Reiki Guild, whose register is accredited by The Reiki Council, the lead body for Reiki in the UK.
